Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account. You keep everything you have paid for until the end of the current period, and you are not charged again. Nothing is deleted when you cancel — if you come back, it is the same licence key.

Fourteen days on a first subscription

If PlayingAFK is not what you expected, write to us within fourteen days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No form and no argument. This is why the trial exists — seven days, no card — but if you paid and it did not suit you, that is fine.

The fourteen days apply to a first subscription, not to every renewal. A renewal you meant to cancel and forgot is worth an email: we would rather refund a month than argue with a chargeback, and we generally do.

What a refund is not for

A banned game account is not grounds for a refund. Automating Last Z breaks its terms of service and accounts do get banned; that risk is stated on the risk page, on the pricing page, and acknowledged when you create an account. When it happens, the software did the thing you paid for and the risk you accepted landed. We know that is cold comfort. It is also why we say, repeatedly, to use accounts you are willing to lose.

If something is broken

A game update that breaks a task is our problem, not yours. Tell us and we will fix the pack. If a fix is going to take long enough to matter, we will credit or refund the time you lost — ask.

Chargebacks

Please write to us first; the address is on the contact page and we answer within a business day. A chargeback suspends the licence and the account automatically, which helps nobody if the underlying problem was something we would simply have refunded.
