Questions people actually ask

What counts as a device?
One computer running PlayingAFK. Your emulators all run on it, so a device is a machine and not an emulator instance. If you reinstall or move to a new PC, release the old device from your account — you get two releases a month, and a machine that has not reported for thirty days frees its own seat.
What counts as a game account?
One in-game account that PlayingAFK plays. A Pro plan runs six of them at once on up to two computers, in whatever split you like.
Is there a free trial?
Seven days, no card, one device and one game account. Everything else is identical — you are not evaluating a crippled version. You will need to confirm your email address to start it.
What happens if my payment fails?
Nothing sudden. The subscription goes past due, the card is retried for several days, and your accounts keep running throughout. Only after that window does the licence lapse.
Can I change plan?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are billed pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. If a downgrade leaves you with more devices than the new plan allows, the least recently used ones are released and you are told which.
Do I need a separate licence for a second season pack?
No. Season packs are the same game re-cut, so every plan entitles every pack. Charging again for our own content re-measured would be a refund request with extra steps.
